I started working at Whites Farm Baby Barn in 1999, when it was still part of the Nippers franchise. In March 2008, I purchased the business from my previous boss. I was born in Germany into a forces family, and after moving around for most of my childhood I settled in Colchester where I met my husband. We live locally and have 5 beautiful children, 2 dogs and 3 rabbits; so family life is extremely busy!
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to concerts, the theatre, cooking and holidays.
This is a lovely industry to be in, and I feel very lucky to have such a great team working with me.

I started working at Whites Farm Baby Barn as a Saturday girl whilst at University studying for my fashion degree. I now work weekends as I am a full time PA for a business development and financial director. I enjoy socialising, travelling, and am interested in fashion, photography and dance; I worked as a part time ballet teacher for 5 years, teaching 3-13 year olds.
I love working here and helping people choose what they will need for the exciting journey they are about to embark upon.

I am a student at Colchester Sixth form college studying English, Sociology, Anthropology and Law at A-level. I started working at Whites Farm Baby Barn as a Saturday girl when I was still at school and have been here for just over 2 years. I plan to continue to work for a year when I have finished my A-levels and then travel through Europe and do some volunteer work in Thailand.Then once I have seen a bit of the world I am looking at going to university to study Criminology.
I enjoy music, spending time with friends, photography and dance.
I love working at Whites Farm Baby Barn and being one of 5 children and 9 grandchildren I feel I can relate to the excitement that comes with a new baby.
I have made some really good friends since I started working here and we are like one big happy family.

I started working at Whites Farm Baby Barn over a year ago, after working in financial services. I went to University and gained a degree in Education and Community Studies. I have lived in the local area for most of my life and now live in Earls Colne with my partner and young daughter; we are expecting our second baby in November.
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, making cupcakes (for all occasions, including baby showers!) and just generally being a mummy to my very active two year old.
I enjoy the happy and exciting environment the nursery industry has to offer, and I enjoy giving advice to expectant and new parents.
